So I really fancied a breakfast the other day and was in Lancing. Nice friendly staff and received a tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if passing through Lancing
This is an every weekend for me, the food is spot on, always quick and always a massive portion, large English is 9, nice friendly staff, free parking right outside, plenty of inside and outside seating, you can't ask for more

My partner and I really enjoyed our visit to the cafe. The staff are lovely, really friendly and because of that the atmosphere is nice. The service is very quick, our food and drinks came out within a very reasonable time. The food is very good, and the price you pay is well worth it (the portions are massive) I ordered an omelette with chips and beans, I was so surprised by how much was on the plate. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Lancing.

Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had for the money med breakfast which was big with tea and toast 5.50 you can't go wrong and parking outside .
